The 2021-2024 Local Workforce Plan
The plan outlines the vision, goals, and strategies for WIOA implementation in the Local Area. This Plan is in line with Maryland’s Combined State Workforce Plan, which has a vision of a Maryland where every person maximizes his or her career potential and businesses have access to the human resources they need to be successful. The implementation of the Plan will also be governed by the principles outlined by County Executive Steuart Pittman as he strives to make Anne Arundel County the best place for all and states that he is “committed to building a transparent government that encourages community participation".
